User Agreement – Trading Tools / Signals
By using JF Consultancy’s trading tools, signals, or analysis, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before acting on any trade idea we share.
1. No Guaranteed Results
All signals and tools are shared for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee profits, success, or specific results. The market is unpredictable, and all trading involves risk.
2. Use at Your Own Risk
You are fully responsible for any trades you place based on our signals. We are not liable for gains or losses caused by using our tools, advice, or market analysis.
3. Educational Use
Our tools and signals are intended to support your decision-making — not replace it. They are not financial advice or personal investment recommendations.
4. No Auto-Trading Without Permission
Our signals are for manual use only unless you’re part of our managed trading program. Using them in bots or automated systems without written approval is not allowed.
5. Respect Usage Limits
If you’re using paid signals or premium tools, do not share them publicly or resell them. Doing so may result in account suspension.
6. Changes and Updates
We may change the format, timing, or structure of our signal delivery (e.g. Telegram, email, portal) at any time. We’ll try to inform users in advance.
