Refund & Cancellation Policy
At JF Consultancy, we believe in being upfront. Here’s how refunds and cancellations work:
1. Consultation Fees
If you book a free consultation, there are no charges — so no refund is needed.
If you pay for a special session or premium consultation, it is non-refundable once the session is completed or confirmed.
2. Managed Account Services
We don’t charge setup or management fees. We only earn from your profits (profit-sharing model).
So, if you decide to stop using our services, no refund is needed or given, because we don’t hold your money — you control your own trading account.
3. How to Cancel Our Service
You can stop working with us anytime. Just let us know in writing (email or message).
You can also remove our trading access from your MT4 account whenever you wish. There are no cancellation fees.
4. Refund Not Applicable On Losses
If your account faces losses due to market conditions, we do not offer refunds. Trading always carries risk. We never promise guaranteed returns.
Simple Rule: You’re in control of your funds. We trade — you watch. You can pause or stop anytime. But we don’t refund for losses or time already spent managing your trades.
