1. Who We Are

JF Consultancy offers Forex trading tools, managed account services, and market signals. We are not a broker. You open and manage your own trading account with a regulated broker of your choice.

2. Who Can Use Our Services

You must be 18+ and legally allowed to trade in your country. We don’t offer services where local law prohibits it.

3. Your Responsibility

You decide whether to join or use our services.
You are responsible for your money, your broker account, and all trading risks.
We do not guarantee profits, and we are not responsible for losses.

4. Payments & Profit Share

We only charge profit share on real profits. There are no setup or hidden fees unless clearly mentioned. You are expected to pay agreed amounts on time.

5. Intellectual Property

All tools, signals, charts, content, and strategies we provide are for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, or share them without permission.

6. Account Access

In managed trading, you give us limited (MT4 investor) access. We do not ask for login passwords or withdrawal rights. You control your money at all times.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel our services at any time by removing our access or contacting us. No cancellation fees apply.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Severability

9.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and J&F Consults regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1 J&F Consults reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
